A subfloor area is damp, dark and if it has no air flow is perfect for mould and bacteria. As air moves through its cycles, the dirty air under the subfloor rises into your home. Along comes the mould spores, dampness and bacteria. Our subfloor ventilation systems are very important for maintaining good air quality, both under and inside the building.
